- Email address — collected at checkout via Stripe to send your subdomain and billing receipts
- Payment information — processed directly by Stripe; we never receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details
Information collected automatically
- Log data — server logs may include IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and access timestamps for security and abuse prevention
- Usage metadata — aggregate metrics such as VM uptime and resource utilization to maintain service quality (not tied to individual conversations)
What we do NOT collect
- We do not read, access, or log the contents of your VM's filesystem
- We do not read or store your agent's conversation history
- We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising on this website
- We do not sell your personal data to any third party
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provision and maintain your dedicated VM and subdomain
- Send transactional emails (subscription confirmation, subdomain assignment, billing receipts)
- Respond to support requests
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms of Service
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate ClawdPro.ai:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's Privacy Policy governs how they handle your payment data. We only receive a customer ID and subscription status from Stripe.
- Cloudflare — DNS, tunnel infrastructure, and DDoS protection. Traffic to your
name.clawdpro.ai subdomain passes through Cloudflare's network. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy applies to network-level data.
- Infrastructure providers — we use cloud/bare-metal hosting providers to run your VM. These providers have access to physical hardware but are contractually prohibited from accessing VM contents.
5. Data Retention
- Active subscriptions: Your VM data (filesystem contents, agent state) is retained for as long as your subscription is active.
- After cancellation: VM data is securely deleted within 30 days of your subscription ending.
- Billing records: Email address and billing metadata are retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
- Server logs: Retained for up to 90 days for security and abuse investigation.
6. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
- All traffic to
clawdpro.ai and your subdomains is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- Each customer's VM is kernel-isolated — no shared memory or filesystem between tenants
- Access to production infrastructure is restricted to authorized personnel only
- Security patches are applied automatically to all VMs
Despite these measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to certain processing of your data

8. Children's Privacy
